Scuba Diving

I first went scuba diving way back in 2005. It was a small dive shop in Antibes, on the coast of the Mediterranean in southern France. No training, no instruction, they just threw some gear on us and in we went! I remember our guide constantly adjusting my buoyancy underwater. I had no idea what he was doing or even what buoyancy was. Looking back on that experience feels crazy now!

I finally got my PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water certifications in 2017, and have been diving consistently (and much more safely!) ever since. There's so much to explore underwater, and I'm so excited to see where my diving journey goes! The ultimate bucket list dive site? I'd say it's a tie between Silfra, Iceland and the Galapagos.
